Reiki - Are there any minimum age requirements for Reiki Levels 1, 2, 3

As Reiki is a Universal Life Energy (Spiritual Energy) - and we all share this life force energy - Reiki can even be passed on to very young children. Some Masters and Teachers will attune youngsters provided their parents consent. The youngsters can then use Reiki for self-healing etc.

Some children learn at a faster pace than others and they may wish to progress through the levels. There are simplified methods and techniques to teach children.

As such, Reiki doesn't have any formal minimum age requirements. The training will depend upon the individual Master and Teacher. Some are happy to attune youngsters, others are not.
